Top 5 iOS Navigation and Maps Apps in Ukraine Q4 2022

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top 5 navigation and maps applications on the iOS platform in Ukraine displayed notable performance trends. Data from Sensor Tower reveals insights into weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for Google Maps, Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, MAPS.ME: Offline Maps, GPS Nav, Google Earth, and Yandex Maps & Navigator.

Google Maps saw a varied trend in weekly downloads, peaking at around 30K in the first week of October and fluctuating between 18K and 28K for the rest of the quarter. Active users started at approximately 1.46M at the beginning of October and saw a slight decline to around 1.26M by the end of December.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced relatively stable weekly downloads, ranging from 5K to 6.7K throughout the quarter. Active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at about 250K at the end of September and ending the quarter at around 213K.

MAPS.ME: Offline Maps, GPS Nav had weekly revenue peaking at approximately $76 in the last week of December. Downloads were mostly stable, averaging around 2K per week with a peak of 3.3K in late November. Active users hovered between 6.8K and 8K throughout the quarter.

Google Earth saw a noticeable spike in downloads in mid-October, reaching 4.4K. The rest of the quarter saw downloads stabilize around 1.3K to 1.8K. Active users remained fairly consistent, fluctuating around the 6.7K mark.

Yandex Maps & Navigator maintained a steady weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $52 in mid-December. Downloads were relatively stable, ranging from 1.1K to 1.6K per week. Active users showed a gradual increase, starting at around 40K and reaching approximately 42K by the end of December.
